Refund policy
At LIKENGET, we offer a 7-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags and original packaging intact
Return / Exchange Accepted In These Cases
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Wrong size sent by us
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
Size Issue Policy
If you ordered the wrong size, we may offer a size exchange within 7 days (subject to stock availability).
Refund is not applicable for size issues.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Sale / discounted products
- Used or washed items
- Products without tags or original packaging
- Return requests made after 7 days
- Minor color differences due to screen display
Damaged / Wrong Item Claims
For damaged, wrong, or missing item claims, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product photos
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Prepaid orders: refunded to original payment method
- COD orders: refunded via UPI / Bank Transfer / Store Credit
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
